night will help you crunch the fat on your
stomach to a flatter stomach, you are going to
be crunching for a very long time with very
little weight loss results. In order to
lose weight and melt that fat off, you also
have to exercise the rest of your body and
change
your diet. You need to
reduce your fat intake, and eat healthier foods
too.
